Lead412 (“four twelve”) was launched in 2022 to provide valuable resources that will empower you as a leader and make leadership development simple for you and your church. Eph. 4:12 says we should equip the saints for ministry. We want to equip YOU, the equipper, to lead in your church!
Our goal is to equip you in these areas:

- Improve your ministries
- Develop your staff and volunteers

Our Team
Steven Knight is the Founder and Executive Director of Lead412, where he also serves as a Church Consultant. He is the Lead Pastor of Turning Point Church in southwest Florida. Most importantly, he is married to Katie and they have three sweet kiddos.
After serving in ministry for 15 years, Steven launched Lead412 in order to equip church leaders. His desire is to make helpful resources that are simple to understand and implement.
Church leaders don’t have lots of extra time, so his goal is to use his background with executive-level leadership to create high-quality leadership development resources for churches around the globe.
Steven is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary, where he is also currently pursuing his doctoral degree in Church Leadership.
In his free time, you will find him studying the Bible, spending time with his family, reading leadership books, practicing stand-up comedy, and working on his next project for Lead412.com.
David Fuquay is a Church Coach and Consultant with Lead412. With over three decades of ministry experience as an Executive Pastor, he is dedicated to “Equipping Legacy,” empowering individuals and organizations to fulfill their potential.
David’s dual Master’s degrees (DTS, NOBTS) and MBA (DBU) alongside executive leadership roles provide a solid academic and practical foundation. Skilled in strategic thinking and execution, he translates vision into tangible results, manage budgets, and recruit and train volunteers effectively.
As a former StrengthsFinder Coach, He guides individuals to maximize their strengths. His nonprofit board tenure enhances his governance and strategic planning abilities. He prioritizes fostering strengths within teams, promoting collaboration, and innovation. He is passionate about driving transformative change, nurturing emerging leaders, and upholding values of excellence, empathy, and growth.
Jonah Roybal is the Media Coordinator at Trinity Bible Church in Willow Park, Texas. He uses his skills in photography, graphic design, video production, social media, and communications to help point people to Jesus.
Jonah is passionate about storytelling through creative media, aiming to inspire and engage audiences. He also enjoys helping churches create effective communication strategies and expanding their ministry through social media, websites, and creative media.
Additionally, Jonah freelances in:
- Video production
- Creating wedding films
- Commercials
- Providing media services to churches
